At Service Centr, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we provide appliance repair and maintenance services, our Returns & Refund Policy is as follows:

Service Charges

Inspection, visiting, and labor charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Spare Parts

Spare parts, if installed, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be defective or covered under the supplier's warranty.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

A service is cancelled before the technician visits.

Payment was collected by mistake or duplicated.

We are unable to provide the agreed service after receiving payment.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched. If the technician has already visited the location, a visiting or inspection charge may apply.
